Tara Brach is a psychologist, author, and mindfulness expert. She wrote the book Radical Acceptance. She has many podcasts, but the one linked above is specific for calming our fears during the pandemic. I have listened to her podcasts for a long time, and Dr. Brach is one of my favorites. In addition to being very knowledgable, she has a soothing voice. She has many options for guided meditations as well on her website.
This podcast reminds us to find our inner calm, how to attend to our fear, strategies for calming our bodies, and cope with anxiety using her acronym "RAIN; Recognize, Allow, Investigate, and Nurture."
